The view from my ninth-floor condo was absolutely stunning, especially watching the dolphins play in the water. However, there were many drawbacks, as the condo itself desperately needs updating. I noticed peeling cabinets, dirty baseboards, and a fridge front that was quite unclean. Overall, while the location and view were great, the state of the unit left me disappointed.

The view from the ninth floor was amazing, offering a fantastic sight of busy dolphins. but the condo itself left much to be desired. It really needs an update. The condition of the cabinets, baseboards, and even the bathtub was disappointing. Considering these issues, I don’t think I’ll be staying in that particular condo next year.
